The kitchen staff needs to learn to read the entire ticket. You have 3, four cheese quesadilla options. 1. Four cheese quesadilla. 2. Four cheese quesadilla with chicken. 3. Four cheese quesadilla with steak. When I order 2 four cheese quesadillas with chicken, I expect there to be chicken on them and not just cheese, and there to be no lettuce hidden inside of them for a little surprise.

I have been eating at taco John’s for 40 years and I have never had as bad of me as I have in Beatrice. Taco brava was cold and no meat to speak of ordered jalapeños and while they owe my cost $.20, I only got five jalapeños. I guess I say goodbye to taco John’s in Beatrice!

Very disappointed in quality. Order chicken taco salad and boss bowl, taco shells over cooked and tasted burnt and had beef instead of chicken shell only half full asked for extra pico received very little, boss bowl only half full meager portions of ingredients. Very unlikely to go again.

Ordered some nachos. When I got home, the chips tasted like they were heated in a microwave. Not crispy at all. Very disappointed because I used to eat at taco johns frequently. Not any more!
