The kitchen staff needs to learn to read the entire ticket. You have 3, four cheese quesadilla options. 1. Four cheese quesadilla. 2. Four cheese quesadilla with chicken. 3. Four cheese quesadilla with steak. When I order 2 four cheese quesadillas with chicken, I expect there to be chicken on them and not just cheese, and there to be no lettuce hidden inside of them for a little surprise.

I have been eating at taco John’s for 40 years and I have never had as bad of me as I have in Beatrice. Taco brava was cold and no meat to speak of ordered jalapeños and while they owe my cost $.20, I only got five jalapeños. I guess I say goodbye to taco John’s in Beatrice!

Very disappointed in quality. Order chicken taco salad and boss bowl, taco shells over cooked and tasted burnt and had beef instead of chicken shell only half full asked for extra pico received very little, boss bowl only half full meager portions of ingredients. Very unlikely to go again.

Ordered some nachos. When I got home, the chips tasted like they were heated in a microwave. Not crispy at all. Very disappointed because I used to eat at taco johns frequently. Not any more!

Soft shells had about a teaspoon of meat, a bitty sprinkle of cheese, flour shells were cold, help was loud. Saturday night and I was the only customer. You need to serve more generous portions and tell your staff to quit joking around and being loud.
Nice looking place! Young lady at window was very kind and friendly but the food was horrible!!! 45$ and it was just to say the least the worst tacos we have ever had!!! Never going back!

Food maded wrong for the second time and paid for extra meat and cheese get lettuce 🥬 when I put on it no lettuce only 8 burrito 30 bucks for food I didn't order or want .. unhappy and normally it good

The price shown on board as you can see was $3.19 each and I was charged $3.29 each. When I inquired about the price they told me they had made price adjustments but hadn't updated their boards yet. They said the manager was made aware but hadn't fixed issue yet. I said it is false advertisement and they just said they couldn't do anything because they can't adjust prices on register, sorry. Last time we were in hurry and went through drive thru and they neglected to give us our potato oles but didn't know until we were already out of town.
