Really disappointed! This place had great reviews but was nothing like what they stated. I was looking for a nice place to eat at when passing through town with my husband. It took 15 minutes for anyone to take our order, despite the staff making eye contact with us several times. The prices seemed high, but I thought if the food was great, I'll pay that! It was not, it lacked flavor and was thrown together sloppily. It seemed like something I'd have made at home when I didn't feel like cooking. I don't like putting down a small-town restaurant, I like supporting local businesses! But those prices are crazy! We were also charged for 2 extra things we didn't even get. We didn't notice until we were already on the road so I guess they got away with it. I would say they were having an off day but it wasn't busy at all. This was a couple weeks ago, hopefully they've figured it out by now! Staff were nice, just didn't seem to care. Sad! I checked the address before posting, I gave a review about the correct restaurant. Instead of trying to make it right the owner tries to tell me I'm wrong about my miserable experience. How telling.

2-8oz patties on a brioche bun with American cheese and lettuce tomato and pickle with ff. Delious and have been there for numious visits. I will highly recommend The Brass Bell for a great meal and friendly staff and owners!!!

This restaurant went under new management in 2023 and they did a superb job in creating a fun, patriotic environment. The food is fantastic and portions are large. Cost is pretty cheap for the amount of quality food you get. You'll get the most for your dollar and you'll enjoy it, too. Give it a try because you won't be disappointed.

We finally made our first visit to the Brass Bell April 28 and ordered the Burger Melt and the Southwest Bell chicken sandwich. Very delicious! The rest of the menu also looks very enticing! The place looks so nice. The employees out of their way welcoming you and helpful with checking on you while eating.
