Very inconsistent. If you go on the right day (Wednesdays) service is great. Any other day, not so much. If you order the right food (anything but their wings) the food is good. Wings are horrible every time.

Food is always great there. Ordered some boneless wings and they were huge white meat chunks of chicken. They were a meal to themselves. Only $7 during happy hour!

1/2 burger was very good as well. Service was excellent. Sophie our server was very nice and attentive without being too attentive.

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve been here a couple times. The first time our waitress took forever to take our order and she was rude. We tried it again, and she was completely rude. She came up to my daughter and said to her face she needed to be quiet because there were other people in the restaurant. (There was only one other couple in the whole place by the way) and I made sure she knew that was rude to say that, especially to a kid. Then when ordering our food she cut me off and said I needed to wait because she wasn’t ready. And she didn’t even come take our order until we had been sitting at the table waiting for 15 minutes. My husband only has 30-40 minutes for a lunch break and he had to rush to finish his food because she took so long. I definitely will NOT be coming back, and I recommend the same for anyone else. The service is horrible!!

We had a good experience with Justin as our server. He recommended the western burger and mac attack mac n cheese. Both were very good! The place was full which tells me they are doing something right!

Good food but they now use a jigger to pour so not worth it for mixed drinks. Sad, we have been regulars since open. With so many bars in the area you would think they’d stay competitive. I’m sure it’s managements decision which is sad for the bartenders losing business as they have been delightful. We heard of other tables complaining of the same thing while there tonight. It should be reconsidered for sure.

I would assume the manger in the loft white shirt was the manager - critiquing all the bartenders pours, also making drinks half full and we are regulars and this is unacceptable. I used to be a manager at a bar and she made me not want to come back based on her attitude and clothing choice

My buddies and I enjoyed the atmosphere and that $10 Fan Menu is great! Affordable and great food. Will definitely come back!

Great staff!

We went between lunch and dinner and enjoyed the whole place to ourselves! Friendly service and tasty food. The wings had an incredible fry on them which gave the skin a delicious crunch. The chicken tenders were legit chunks of chicken! The taco salad was as a big hit. The burgers were a bit underwhelming with the meat lacking seasoning and being cooked medium well. The bun was toasted which was nice!
