Big Red Neighborhood Grill & Sports Bar

Love the staff, friendly small-town bar atmosphere, and the food has always been great in my experience. I think they’ve done a great job at making their menu interesting enough to stand out amidst a competitive sports bar scene - and their rotational food and drink options always keep things fresh. I recommend the boneless wings - the breading is fantastic and the Monday special at just 75 cents per wing is hard to beat post-Covid. Also, the brew and jalapeño bacon chip special is weirdly creative in the best possible way and I find myself craving those delectable little morsels of salty goodness enough that my cardiologist should be worried. :)

Staff is rude, and will make you wear a wristband to have a beer like you’re at a club on a Saturday, rather than trying to get dinner on a Sunday. There was approximately 15 people in the bar and the server argued with me that I would get ID’d. Repeatedly if I didn’t wear the wrist band while sitting at my table. We decided to have dinner else where.

As you can see from the picture. There was a lot at steak. But Big Red delivered with fantastic food and stupendous service as usual.

Food was great this time! But again, they still can’t seem to get To-Go orders correct. This will be the 4th time our order did not have what was ordered and payed for. This time it was just the .75 cent side of buffalo sauce. And if you’re going to order a SIDE….don’t!! This is what I got for $7.20!!! A child’s size portion of sweet potato fries!! Will never order another SIDE of anything!!! I can buy almost 2 whole 2lbs bags of these for that price! And this was a small Dixie plate.

My family and I tried Big Red Neighborhood this weekend and what a pleasant surprise! We live down the road a bit and haven’t been there since they opened. Like night and day! Refreshing and relaxed atmosphere. You can tell they care about the customers and have a good time while doing it! Thank you for offering a close spot for us to enjoy the game!

Was Greeted with a Big Hello when we walked in, Seated quickly, Service was Great. Food came out fast and hot. Everybody very friendly. Our food was So good. Potatoe Soup was Thick and Delicious. Onion Rings were so good and Chicken wrap was very tasty. Manager Trisha visited our table was very polite, friendly. She's New here, Everyone come visit her She's doing a Great job. Restaurant looked Excellent!!!!

Excellent service and awesome food to the point I licked my plate clean will definitely be back soon ...Sarah was so amazing I wish I could have her all the time I'll see you guys this weekend

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you want crappy wings, this is your place. We ordered the 18 piece wings and got different flavors. You would think because they’re DIFFERENT FLAVORS, they’d put them in separate boxes & label them, right? NOPE. all of our wings in 2 big boxes. no labels. all flavors combined. apparently you have to request all your flavors in different boxes?! makes no sense & how are people supposed to know to do that if they’ve never been there? so what would happen if someone is allergic to spice?
We called about the issue and yes they were able to fix the issue. But, they acted like they didn’t give a crap. the manager had a crappy attitude and terrible customer service skills. we’re already annoyed & now your giving attitude when we ordered wings and now we’re eating an hour late.
The wings were terrible. Very under cooked like they were rushing to get the order done. so much blood on the wings. and barely any sauce..the sauce was all at the bottom with the gross grease. never getting these again. management used to be great & was starting to become a good place, now it’s going downhill.

My food tasted so funny. My duaghter’s wings weren’t completely done. My other daughter got 9 fries as her side.
It took 10 minutes before anyone came to our table, and it wasn’t busy.
This is our neighborhood joint, but it won’t become our regular spot. ☹️

Excellent food for eating out, and inside of a sports bar atmosphere. Laid back, but still classy. Beer and sports oasis. Great bar. Great Staff. We live close by, so we order pick up after long days and the elbow and ambition doesn't want to make it.

We had the best dinner last weekend! Everything was hot, fresh, and made perfectly for our picky eaters. ❤️ Love having this quick and easy dinner option in the neighborhood! ?? Excellent new management as well.
