My salad was supposed to be crispy chicken but they brought me grilled which tasted OK but they didn't seem concerned that they brought the wrong item. If I wasnt with my grandchildten I would've requested the correct food. My grandchildren liked their food.

They were busy so maybe that was the issue. However we were there for a public event so they should have known to staff adequately for a full house. We waited a good 10 - 15 minutes after seated to see a menu or server. We ordered drinks right away. The beer we received was flat so returned it and got water. The appetizers we ordered were great but we had to ask for plates (there were four of us sharing) which we shouldn't have to do. When we received our order, it was messed up on one of the entrees - fish and chips. Instead of leaving the order they took it all and returned in about 5 minutes. The issue was the fries were incorrect. The food was good but luke warm.Our server had someone shadowing her, which we concluded was a new person. Hope she learned about what not to do ;) The fish and chips were good, the french dip okay. Nothing spectacular about any of it. The service was poor at best. We felt like we were a big bother to our server whenever we had to ask for anything which was every time we saw her because we didn't see her much! Our table felt like a hit and run. We'd probably not make the trip back.

Great food! Great specials on wings on Monday's! Service lacks just a bit. Drinks stay empty and after food is dropped off you feel abandoned! When servers are trained and comfortable in their positions I'd have to search for something to complain about! I will continue going to give more practice!Parking: Parking is not always easy and with more businesses coming in it might be rough

Just want to say that when Jeremy was the bartender, incredible service, I know that they were new and they still did the best they could but he was spot on. I have to say that I actually witnessed the new manager GM not only disrespect employees but also disrespect customers. I watched her tell somebody that she could pull up the camera footage to see if they paid for their drinks and when they asked her to do that she said you're kicked out you're goodbye you're not welcome here anymore. I felt like that was extremely unprofessional, especially in front of other customers. this guy was not asking for too much. He was just asking her to pull up the footage to see if he actually paid for it. Not only have the drinks slow down, but the food has really slow down. I would not suggest ever going to this place because honestly the management is absolutely terrible now.
