The employees don’t seem to have any urgency, which causes me to wait at the drive thru window for 5+ minutes (at minimum) even though I’m the only customer at the store. Then I’m usually told that they’re actually out of the type of donuts I ordered, which causes more of a wait time. Then the person at the window starts making my drink after they look around and realize none of the other 5 people standing around are making it. Finally, I’m handed my stale donuts.. which I just end up taking because it’s easier to just drive away than deal with going back through the hassle to exchange them.
I’ve given this store so many tries thinking that maybe they’re just having an off day.. but it seems like this is just the norm.

Picked up donuts at 8am got to car in parking lot, donuts were hard and stale. Went back in to get my money back and was told they dont give refunds. Its no wonder why this Dunkin has 2.5 stars. Will never be returning, terrible service. Casey's is around the corner, go there instead!

I was charged $16 for 10 doughnuts holes and a medium latte. I was charged double. The man at the window was RUDE! I do NOT recommend. Tried calling store to kept getting hung up on.

Went inside for donuts, the place looked awful. Trash was so full. Table had powdered sugar on it. Trash and dirt on floor. 8 people were working there that day
this dunkin is honestly just horrible. they must barely train their employees because they make the silliest mess ups that could be so easy to get right if you know what you’re doing. they constantly give me american cheese in a wrap that comes with white cheddar cheese on the MENU and it’s so frustrating to pay for food that i’m not going to eat because i don’t like it, and that’s not what i ordered. they have forgotten items and botched our coffee orders too. upper management needs to get this under control. there is a lot of concerning reviews that should be tended to!

We ordered 5 egg and cheese wake up wraps for my boys. When we got home three of them had the egg split, so only half was in the wrap. There was barely any cheese and seriously not worth $3/wrap! I had to combine the egg on one to make it complete AND add our own cheese. We will not be back to this location again.

Pre-paid through the Dunkin’ app and set a pickup time, but my order wasn’t ready. Had to wait 15 minutes and still got the wrong items. Pointless and frustrating—won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. I told the girl that took our order that we waited 25 minutes from placing the order to receiving the order and her response was “aaand”?!?’
They are consistently messing up the orders and taking so incredibly long just pouring a cup of coffee. I order black coffee and egg bites!! what about that takes 25 minutes?
We will never go back!!!

Customer service is honestly so bad. We were served expired strawberry lemon loaf today as well. Thawed on 08/13 & expired 08/18 (it's 08/19). Just gross & my order is constantly wrong if they arent out of something.🤷🏻♀️
The staff here is friendly and the location is clean, but the store is consistently understocked. I’ve visited three different times, and each visit they’ve been out of basic items like donuts, cups, or straws. Some simple inventory management would make a big difference.
Additionally, I noticed staff handling money/credit cards and then picking up food without gloves, which is a basic food safety concern. Overall, it feels like an experience that could be easily improved with better training and management.

On August 1, I placed an order through the app that was somehow duplicated, resulting in being charged twice. When I arrived, I only received half of the order—not the complete order twice. I attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one ever answered. When we went in to speak with an employee, we were told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. It has now been two weeks, and we still haven’t received any update or resolution.

The staff were upbeat and made my meal quickly. They were even sampling their new drinks.

Absolutely love Dunkin and the food here has tasted good however, both times I have come in the drive thru my order has been wrong. First time I received two extra items I didn't pay for and my drink was wrong. The drink tasted good and I got extra items so no complaints, but again order was incorrect. The second time I was charged two extra 5 dollar meals I didn't order or receive. The order seemed high but with the line I didnt question. I later looked at my receipt and realized it and we were heading out of town so a week later to then be able to try and get a refund seems silly. Super important to read orders back to customers and window baggers to double check the order. Food can taste great, but if the order is always wrong
people don't want to return because it gets frustrating and feel it's better to go to a different location. After reading over reviews it seems this is a very common trend. Bummer, it's a good location, hope issues get resolved.
