I stopped in to order food and accidentally walked into what felt like a dystopian reboot of a fast food restaurant. The interior is so bland it makes an airport terminal look cozy. I nearly missed the counter…which is less of a counter and more of a suspicious hole in the wall. Not that it mattered, because there was no big menu board and, more importantly, no human being to take an order. Just a row of kiosks staring back at you like you’ve entered a self checkout simulation. I waited around thinking surely an employee would appear at some point. Plot twist: no one did.

The reviews are right - this is one bad McDonald's! I have had stupid slow slow service, messed up food, and I won't eat inside. But tonight I had an interaction with Yessie (SP)she was a breath of fresh air. Clone this wonderful person!!

I've never had my food messed up here and the employees are always super respectful, at the end of the day, EDIT RIGHT AFTER I POSTED THIS THEY IMMEDIATELY MESSED UP MY ORDER WITHOUT ANYBODY ELSE IN LINE THIS MORNING

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. I’m not a very picky person but everything I got was screwed up or not fresh at all. Took forever to get cold food. And also the fryer oil is old as you can smell it on the fry’s and chicken. Overall bad experience. Make the drive to 168th and maple if you want McDonald’s.

I honestly think this location is involved in an organized book cooking as we have never a single time received our order without entire items missing.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with no one in line and when I finally get my food they want to do some stupid stuff and try to fold my bag to hid the fact they spilt all my fires at the bottom, literally opened it and it’s everywhere but inside the cup
