I have been to this location(156 and state) a handful of times. They are always nice and always on time. I only do carryout but I have never had them be late. Great place with good deals as well.

Something has changed since the beginning of the year.... maybe different management or a policy change? Very disappointed in the 'Grand Papa'. Nothing close to what was advertised.

Pizza was good& delivery was fast but the garlic knots were raw dough inside, so if you order it double check, pretty disappointing..

I had an issue with my order at the Bennington, NE Papa John’s, but Angel, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, and immediately arranged a refund and replacement.

As someone who manages IT for over 120 Arby’s locations, I really appreciate seeing that level of customer care and accountability. Angel turned a bad experience into a great one — she deserves recognition! 🍕👏

Drove all the way from Fremont to eat here and was highly disappointed ☹️! Spent $72 on pizza and sticks. Asked for extra peppers and was told they put them in there but got home and the boxes were empty. We also spent about $7 on sauces and also paid for the 4 sauce flight and didn’t receive it. Next time we will just drive to Omaha

I went to get their oreo cookie papa bites they were delicious and warm. After dropping them in the grass at a park I went back to get another box. I told the lady what happened and she made a new box for free!

absolutely the worst. I ordered to an apartment (bc I was LIVING IN ONE) - past due 30 mins from the time estimated for delivery I called them. they said since I wasn't home....( I was still at work) the driver had to turn around and forget the delivery all together. it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. THIS info was from the manager after I called. it was unreal. ill never order from them again. ever

I ordered extra garlic sauce, I am not sure how they managed to break it open as they closed then pizza box lid. The inside of the box was dripping wet and the crust was soggy even before the leaked sauce. This was the 1st and last time trying Papa Johns.

I came in, never before in a this restaurant. Asked about the menu, the lady there was extremely helpful and nice, paid quick and she said 10 minutes to wait. So I went out to my car, didn’t realize how much time had went by and she brought it to me! She didn’t have to and it’s extremely cold and slick, I’m also fairly young, and she treated me like anyone else. Thank you lady.

However, it is very close to me at a new location and they get your pizza done fast

Last night, I ordered a single topping large pepperoni and that was the best crust from a Papa John's I've ever had! I don't know if it was just a different/new person making the pizza or what! The crust was absolute perfection! It was crispy on the outside and airy/soft inside! Definitely at least a 7.4!

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order for delivery on Halloween. Food never arrived. Tried to call and no answer… Walked in the following day to see what happened and employee says order was “cancelled”. Nope, I didn’t cancel it. I believe they just cancelled it on their end because they were so backed up. No offer to make it right. Nothing. Just a poor business model. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY. They will never get my business again.
