In no way am I blaming the employees as they are always nice and the store is always clean. However, as we see with Most other fast food places the prices and portions are out of control ,however, i feel Runza will need to start offering deals as the other fast food competitors are....we ordered one scoop ice cream and upon receiving it...OMGGGGG.. it truly filled only 25% of the SMALL cup...that is it. We saw this with the chicken salad as well so no more Runza...it is strange that Runza does not offer more deals for the day or week??? I actually feel the challenges businesses now have so raise the price as these type of portions are an insult. Nothing against the owners or employees but time will address this one way or another

We love Runza! However, was pretty disappointed to go one day to this location and they were completely out of Runzas. Was almost shocked how Runza is out of Runzas... Bummed to drive and park with kiddos and family and then have to leave. It was going to be a good 25 minutes wait to make more the worker said and almost made it seem like well this happens. Not sure what the plan was in drive thru. Makes me a little nervous going in the future. It was right at dinner time as well. Definitely important to plan well to have the main food ready for guest. Otherwise we normally enjoy this location and very clean and well kept!
Great food! A little slow on getting it. We got take out had to wait 12 minutes.
I like the burgers but not the runza since I don't want cabbage on it and it's pre-made that way.
The older gentleman working the front counter, John, was so nice! He talked with the kids and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. He was looking to help out in any way he could and always with a smile!
The crew were really nice
One thing I can say is they do have some darn good root tootin Chili .
2⃣ Thumbs 🆙
I bought a regular runza.
Half of it, the whole length was dough.
There was only filling in half of the length of it.
Still tasted good. But not the whole one side that was dough.
Best fast food around and Nebraska owned 😋
So long of wait, but fast food fresh. Confusion at window on orders.

On Sept 28 I ordered 6 Runza's online at 11:15 for a 12:30 pickup. Hoping to get them at halftime of football game. Picked up ice cream bars at store and then to Runza to get my order. Arrived at 12:15 and informed them I had an online order for 12:30. I knew I was early but they could go ahead and start my order. At 12:33 I asked the manager about my order. He said they didn't get the order online and wondered if I had the correct store. I showed my confirmation e-mail and my receipt that I had already paid for it and that I had ice cream i n my car. He looked at my order to see what it entailed and returned to the kitchen. After about 10 minutes and several attempts to get his attention to ask about my order, he said they had to make more. Very frustrating as they have been handing out orders the entire timenI was there. I finally received my order at 12:53 and at 1:39 received a text that my order was ready. Evidently they DID get my order after all. So very disappointed and will not return to this Runza restaurant again. Even other customers commented on how long I had to wait.

My car broke down. Just stopped working as I was trying to pick my kids up for camp. Luckily I coasted into the Runza Restaurants off 144th and Ida.
In 90• weather I waited for my tow to come and I had ONE person stop to ask if I needed help, a female. Luckily my friend came and grabbed me so we could pick up oil from Auto Zone (7 mins away) and see if it was a quick fix prior to the tows arrival. Upon returning we were greeted by the owner of Runza shouting at me to move my car. That’s right, yelling at me like I decided to ask my car to break down in his two lane drive that still allowed traffic to move along freely. Nope, didn’t ask if I needed help. And most certainly didn’t offer any help. Just telling me he was calling the cops.
Obviously, I advised him that my car was broken, and it wasn’t a choice for it to be sitting there. And if he wanted to stop yelling and start helping me move the car, it would be out of his way sooner.
Needless to say. I would advise against patronizing a business with ownership that shows lack of empathy and understanding.
