Food is great service is great. The atmosphere makes me feel like an animal on display at the zoo. The drive-thru wraps around the lobby where people eat their food glass windows 360 no curtains leaves everybody just staring at you while you eat. Very off-putting atmosphere to eat. Also what happened to Runza The Glory Days when it was rock and roll runza? Now it seems like it's lost its Soul reduced everything to black uniforms .

We always love Runza, but this visit was extra special. Despite the terrible weather (negative temperatures and lots of snow), we had a wedding reception to prepare and needed lunch. The staff were very welcoming and made our visit pleasant. As always, the food was fresh and delicious. We are very grateful to them for their positive attitude and service despite the storm.

Horribly slow. Stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and there wereonly 2 cars in front of me. Food was not fresh and my order was incorrect. Pretty awful.
Stopped for a quick lunch with my daughter in law she a Reuben sandwich I had a Runza both were excellent. Great service handicapped accessible both parking and entering. ??
