The General Manager is very unprofessional. She yells at her employees in front of customers and also talks back to her customers. She has no type of customer service. If the “customer is always right,” then they are, it shouldn’t be an argument or a problem. I will not be coming back to this Valentino’s.

Valentinos pizza delivery never disappoints, pizzas are on the expensive side but if they were not so dammed good we wouldn’t order them. Lol. Cheeseburger pizza with pickles and bacon is killer.

We ordered our food at 9:25 PM. Within 2 to 3 minutes after getting our food, they came out and said we close in 10 minutes, there’s the boxes if you need them. My food was really hot, which is great, but I couldn’t eat it yet. While the food was good, they probably should’ve told us before we ordered.
Really good pizza. The regular red sauce is something special to me!

So I entered the store at 5:30 I asked how long would the wait be for a pizza. Was told they would do their best to aim for 6 pm.
I agreed to wait with my small children and wife. 6:15 rolls by and they tell me they don't even have the pizza when I clearly saw them take it out a few minutes prior. Was even told the pizza is done just waiting on the bread sticks.
They bread sticks came out half the size they should be. Buyer beware. When they finally handed me the pizza I could tell something was off. I checked the pizza to find it was not even the one I ordered. Lady covered in tattoos wanted to be very rude and argue it that that is the pizza for me. ......
. They said they could fast tracking out in 6 min......again at this time the pizza was not even in the oven...... I asked for a full refund. Left unhappy.

Had a great experience with the Bennington Valentino’s! I appreciated the friendly and helpful customer service. I ordered lasagna and chicken alfredo for a family get-together. Delicious! Everyone loved it!

Had a request that the employee did not have the authority to ok, so I asked if the manager could ok it. The very nice and professional young lady got the manager and he ok'd my request. All with smiles on both of them. Great customer service. Great food! thanks!

So glad to see a newish Val's in Bennington. I do not live near there anymore, but will stop when close by. This one is CLEAN as a button, food is fresh. Perfect service from the very pleasant young lady behind the counter. Absolutely a great experience, and with still moderate pricing. SIX STARS!
