Food was good, establishment was clean and everything looked in good order. Service was quick and efficient. Ella was excellent and made one of the best sandwiches I have had from a subway in a long time.

Stopped by for sandwiches on our way back to Idaho, Ella was the best Subway employee I have ever encountered. Top tier sandwich, customer service, and humor. She is amazing, absolutely deserves a raise. I have never had a sandwich that good. It seemed like she was running things on her own but was incredibly efficient and got so many sandwiches made swiftly.

Horrible service, I love subway but this location killed my excitement. They were out of beef and chicken, that’s crazy, Hailey was not really pleasant, the mayo was completely out and she tried to squeeze the bottle to get droplets out on two sandwiches. Anyways, not what I expected from subway!

We 3 brothers are truck drivers and met up here because we were driving across 15 min apart coincidently and the food was good but the worker named tom had a bad attitude like he was mad or something for no reason he was slamming the containers down and talking with an attitude like we offended him or something our oldest brother was the one ordering we all got the same thing so it wasn’t hard my younger brother and i were just standing lil ways back so we didn’t bother anyone and were just laughing and joking as brothers do when the they meet up but that doesn’t give him the right to just be pissy and act that way so tom do better brotha. The time was about 2:00pm to 2:30pm.
Lilly makes the best sandwiches, shows care, just a one wonderful Lilly! I wish every Subway was like that

Truck drivers don't have forever. Truck drivers don't always get to pick and choose when, how often or where they stop. Time is something most truckers don't have, 5 minutes can put us into violation. It is not your problem and it doesn't matter to you. Humans have lost all humanity.
If i can't get something fresh, not hot case truckstop garbage that has been there hours and is hard as a rock, best go to Maverick, at least fuel is cheaper.
Perhaps the other person working there could have put the phone down and assisted. But the call was too important.

So slow. Two people in front of me each got one sandwich and I only got one as well. Was in line for over 20 minutes to watch 3 sandwiches get made….. If this store counted on repeat business and not just a one time interstate customer then this place would have closed for good years ago.

5 stars for the guy working by himself at around 8pm August 19th 2024. I ordered 2 veggie footlongs and it was fire and so worth the wait! He did take a while because he was alone. The manager didn’t even go over to help him with the long line. 10/10 employee but 0/10 for management and his co-workers for leaving him by himself when there was a long line. But he made my sandwich so good that it was definitely worth the wait
