IT WAS SOOOO HOT INSIDE!!!! I frequent this location almost everyday for lunch. Usually it's a nice 70ish degrees but not today April 25. It was 82 degrees inside and everyone was sweating. I can't imagine how hot the employees were especially having to run the toasting oven. Idk if their HVAC is messed up or there's a thermostat issue but something needs to be done.

Went in to this location Jan 18th just before 7:00. There were probably 10-13 people in there because high school basketball games had just finished up. The two boys working were doing an amazing job at prioritizing orders and getting everyone taken care of. I’ve worked in fast food years and years ago, so I appreciated how they were moving and getting things done.Upon my sandwhich being wrapped up, a manager walked in on her personal cell phone, on a personal phone call. She came to the register, still on the phone, appeared to clock in or log in, hung up the phone, and proceeded to absolutely RIP the two boys working their butts off for having to go order receipts laying by the register. The whole place got quiet, and I just looked at my sandwhich and the manager. She then asked me “what’s this?” And pointed and my sandwhich”. I said it’s a grilled chicken with American on Italian herb and cheese. She rang me up and then kept hounding the boys about cleanliness and burnt bacon.The area looked clean from the customer side of things, and the bacon, I watched him put it in and pull it out when the timer went off.In my opinion, the manager with the blue hair is unprofessional, and rude. She handled food orders and food items WITHOUT gloves on for 20 minutes after she arrived. And continued to berate the employees until the moment we ate our sandwiches and left.I only docked stars because of the managers behavior, and I told the fellas working before I left how great they did and how I appreciated them. They held their cool very well for the treatment they were receiving. If someone at this location has any questions or concerns, please reach out. I’ve never seen a manager tear apart their employees right in front of customers that way.

Girl named by Brooke was super rude won’t be going there again brought kids in to get there own sandwiches and she was mad that they were all getting something different and just giving attitude then threw my sandwiches in the bag I spent over 60 dollars on and I asked for manger and she said I have to talk to her first and wouldnt give me the name of the manger

Worker by the name brooke was terribly disrespectful,asked for managers name and refused to give it to me over phone,I’ve never had this problem before,still don’t have the managers name.not satisfied what so ever

Girl was nice, guy there was absolutely disgusting and rude the second we walked in the door. Usually tip very well but didn’t tip anything if any percentage is going to someone as awful as that man.
