The lady that works here is super rude. Would also have been nice to know you only get one trip to the buffet before hand. Got a really small portion this first time not knowing this. It's not really a buffet more like self serve lunch charged by the plate. Food wasn't even good.

The rooms smelt like vomit and cigarette smoke really bad and the tub had hair and crumbs of some sort. Otherwise everything else was great and staff were all super friendly helpful and accommodating.

Good place.. nothing negative to state. Place was clean. Room was spacious. Onenof those rare places that still carry HBO and Cinemax. Close to highway. There aren't any restaurants nearby. Need to drive to the north part of the town

The place was dirty and run down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were dirty and had a ton of sand at the bottom like they don’t clean it. Will not stay there again. Breakfast was decent.

We came here prior to flight out from airport. Rude manager. They did not give us the correct room that we reserved a few weeks prior on the phone. Would not accommodate or reimburse some. We asked for a crib for our baby & manager was very short & unfriendly.

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful and they had a very good breakfast bar. It is also close to the Cedar Rapids airport. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area.

The shuttle to airport doesn't run until 5am. Check-in staff was a *itch and clearly hates her job and people in general. The bedspread was dirty... no idea what it was. There were cobwebs all over the walls and in the corners. The drawers on the nightstand and dresser won't stay shut. The list goes on... I do not recommend.

I thought Radisson meant quality. This hotel was worse than a dingy, run-down motel. The front desk staff had our paperwork ready when we got there, but one of them had so many face piercings that it was uncomfortable to look at him.

Love this place. Only thing they could possibly do better is put a jacuzzi in our room. Staff, room, hot breakfast and location to airport are tops. Family friendly for sure. Free shuttle to and from airport.

Only an overnight stay but would highly recommend this property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Several of us were picking up puppies to fly home with and the staff was wonderful about assisting us with whatever we needed. If I'm ever back in Cedar Rapids this is where I'll be staying.
