This is getting to be a practice at the Dairy Queen of giving substandard service I have had this happen enough times, and my husband agrees with me on this, that even with proof of our purchase we are denied getting the order.we paid for. This proof an itemized receipt đ§Ÿ showing purchase and still having to wait for the item I question. Another example is ordering a medium sundae and receiving a small sundae at a medium price. I showed the employee the size of container I should have received which is clearly shown at the counter and he would not agree stating the container is irrelevant and that he weighed the sundae. (Eye roll). I have had several other instances of not receiving the products as promised, enough so that I will not bother coming back to this Dairy Queen

Had the best experience ever there besides when I worked at a dq but anyway my wife ordered herself a mother's day ice-cream cake and asked if they could do all chocolate and if they could do double crunch fudge centers and they did it for her she was the happiest mom that day so thank you for doing that for her plus the person that decorated it was amazing looked great as well

wouldnt let us finish our order and then we waited almost 5mins just to ask for a lid for one of our sundays gave up and just left never had this issue till now

In busy periods, staffed by high school kids who donât deliver drive in service well.
No napkins, flat ware or condiments on three visits, despite clear requests.
Not good enough for a national brand.
So, no more.

This dq has become ridiculous. I order one thing, I do ask about another thing and they give me the thing I didn't order just had questions about. And just fumbled around and put whip cream on and I said no whip and they still tried putting more on. And on top of that the blizzard looked like it was melting might not come back.
Busy day at the CC DQ, but the staff was very helpful, cheerful, and efficient.

Dairy Queen has been the standard for soft serve for decades. The blizzards are what all other ice cream shops tried to mimic.The burgers are pretty good as well.If you haven't had a heath blizzard... you need one.

This place is terrible. I had my fiancĂ© get me a 4 piece chicken strip basket and a brownie cheesecake blizzard, the chicken strips? They were McDonaldâs chicken nuggets. The blizzard? They used vanilla ice cream. This place is delusional. Do better

We went in today for supper and the food was okay, but the customer service was terrible. My fiancĂ© ordered a blizzard which sat there for 5 minutes and they didnât do the normal flip so my fiance asked a question about it to the manager on duty who was rude and disrespectful to him. They said that the general manager was coming in and which we thought she was working which she wasnât. The general manager Jo who was not working at the time came up to him and was very disrespectful and said every time weâre in there my fiance always causes a problem. Which is not the case if they knew how to do their jobs there wouldnât be a problem. Another thing we barely ever go in there and when we do they either mess up our order or they are very rude and disrespectful to us. I feel as if youâre not on the clock you shouldnât be handling a situation. Another staff member also came up to him and asked him why he didnât say something sooner and he asked her if there was a problem and she continued to go âyes there isâ number one you shouldnât say that to a customer which is very rude to say and we felt as if something needs to be done about the customer service there. If they canât handle customer situations who do we talk to?
