Ordered two sandwiches a couple weeks ago, both sandwiches were incorrect. This is not the first time that I have had it happen. Ordered a BLT with cucumbers, olives, pickles, and mayonnaise. They added onions, and ranch instead of mayonnaise. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, It had no bacon or ranch on it. Called to express my Displeasure. Was hung up on by the manager. Went in today, got the correct sandwhich that I ordered, but all of the employees were smart asses, and kept telling me how they would make my sandwich correct so I wouldn’t yell at them. Very crappy service.

Tried to pre-order on app. No good. Did the drive through. Can't believe the audacity to ask for a tip. Did I receive tap service with a waitperson? Nope, just shoved out a windows by a surly teen with nose rings.... Subway sandwiches are a fav, have been for decades.

Ordered a BLT. I didn't get any bacon. I wonder what the B stands for? It was an expensive lettuce, tomato, cucumber and ranch dressing sandwich!! I didn't notice that there wasn't any bacon on it until after I got home - 14 miles away. It will be a long time before I go back

First of all why are we screaming at the window, that shouldn’t be something happening. I went to pay and the guy holding the reader out started laughing and wasn’t letting me put the card in… very unprofessional, it wasn’t the food that was bad I wouldn’t know I bought it for my lovely manager while I was on break. The professional environment and atmosphere was something so horrendous, and I hope no one has to experience that again.

not sure what this is. waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for this.
Went into the store around 8 and the girl working at the counter was clearly not happy to be there. Asked for two sandwiches and she seemed impatient and when me and my boyfriend asked for certain meet she kept turning to her coworker and saying “yeah we are going to need teriyaki, since this girl asked for it”. i felt very dismissed and the sandwiches were made crappy. i spent 38 dollars there and am NOT happy with my money spent with how i was treated and how the food was. didn’t even hand us our drinks or give us napkins for a to go order?
