I've eaten at the Red Rooster several times. The food and service are always excellent. Ron is always very welcoming and goes above and beyond for his customer's.

It's been almost a month since I posted a complaint on Facebook about the Beef Stroganoff SOUP my husband and I received. Someone responded that they were working In the kitchen that night and mine was the only complaint. When I called them out on their lack of customer service, I got a please send me your name and address and I will refund your money. Apparently, they monitor their email like they do some of the food coming out of their kitchen.With a blind eye. The lack of customer service astounds me. Especially lately when restaurants need all the business they can get. I have over 30 years of experience in food service and would never ignore a complaint like this. Not sure I want to return anytime soon.

Tried the Legendary Red Rooster last night and was blown away! The food was amazing, one of the best salad bars around but also the staff were amazing! Andrea was our attentive waitress and we had the best local guide making recommendations!

We drove from Crete for the Chicken Parmesan special. It was definitely worth the drive. The food was awesome, the waiter very friendly, Ron stopped by the table making sure we were good, the food was fast to come out. My husband said the hot beef sandwich was yummy. Oh, I can't forget the cheesecake. I love my cheesecakes and this was one of the best I've had. Highly recommended.

Best chicken ever, love it because they take the skins off. Don’t need that extra calories. We always get a four piece so we can take two pieces home and we always eat onion rings for appetizers. Wait staff are great. I love that Ron walks around and talks to every table.

Wanted to see what the hype was about. I wasn't impressed with the food. The chicken was the smallest breast I'd seen. Over fried and no skin!! That's the best part breaded in my opinion. The mashed potatoes were homaide from what I heard but I didn't care for them. Maybe it was the gravy. The next best thing was my other half pre frozen French fries. Overly priced. Service was slow.
