We celebrated our 53rd anniversary last night by eating at Legendary Red Rooster. The chicken was amazing. The service was excellent. The strawberry rhubarb pie and apple pie was oh so yummy. We even had an order of the wings to go. Had a nice visit with Ron. Oh, and I can't forget that delicious Italiam margarita.😋.
We drove an hour to eat here, and we'll worth the drive.
Thank you for helping us celebrate. An awesome place.

I'm just going to say for there price on food and as many people who work here definitely just okay. Not once was or water filled I got a prime rib melt with mashed potatoes and coleslaw added onions to my sandwich and had maybe 2 or 3 sliver could not tell at all the mashed potatoes well lets just say it's restaurant you should have real mashed potatoes not instant box mashed potatoes u could have atlest covered the melt with the cheese instead u get one cheap America cheese that only fits like maybe 40% of the sandwich the prime rib was completely dry very bland and for almost 16 bucks not worth it at all, my wife got the haystack which comes on a sacer plate so very small portion the hashbrowns was incredibly small the brown gravy lack taste my wife wasn't impressed by any means . Or service was mediocre she talked to us a little bit but u can definitely tell if your not from there small town your not getting the same service. For side of mushrooms and tiny portion of onions side of coleslaw was 10 bucks WAY over priced. Im not going to say it was horrible but definitely overpriced and lack of taste . We got to pretty much as many small town joints all over the us and this was definitely the worst. This was 43 bucks 😮💨😬😬😬

It's been almost a month since I posted a complaint on Facebook about the Beef Stroganoff SOUP my husband and I received. Someone responded that they were working In the kitchen that night and mine was the only complaint. When I called them out on their lack of customer service, I got a please send me your name and address and I will refund your money. Apparently, they monitor their email like they do some of the food coming out of their kitchen.With a blind eye. The lack of customer service astounds me. Especially lately when restaurants need all the business they can get. I have over 30 years of experience in food service and would never ignore a complaint like this. Not sure I want to return anytime soon.

Tried the Legendary Red Rooster last night and was blown away! The food was amazing, one of the best salad bars around but also the staff were amazing! Andrea was our attentive waitress and we had the best local guide making recommendations!
