called at 4pm to have a pizza and breadsticks to be ready for pick up at 6pm...get there and the pizza was forgotten had to wait...I love Val's pizza and I have never had a nightmare of a pizza like this. Almost like they didn't follow the vals recipe at all...the breadsticks were a complete joke and nothing like the usual ones...they didn't even look the same....the pizza was absolutely disgusting...For someone that always thought vals was the best this experience has made me grossed out!

We live in Lincoln but ordered pizza in ceresco because we were going to a friends house…this Valentinos totally forgot about our order for one…I love Val’s pizza but this did not even taste or look like Val’s pizza…the breadsticks were a complete joke and nothing like the breadsticks I have ever had from Val’s….awful all around 🤢

Get bread sticks the "famous garlic rolls" are garbage might as go home and add some kraft single to a breadstick. The pizza is phenomenal as always.
