For crying out loud have people in the drive thru with large orders pull over and park, the spots are RIGHT THERE!! I’ve been here for over 20 minutes!!

I just went thru the drive thru and waited 20 mins and expecting it to be hot, my fries were old, my wifes and I sandwich was cold, the pop they gave us was watered down. Look I was a Manager for Arby's over a year and the drive thru they Don't TELL YOU TO PARK AND WAIT, THERE IS A REASON THEY CALL IT FAST FOOD. I watched 5 cars get there food and order more food then I did and seen everyone drive off with what they ordered. I'm not upset, just a little disappointed with getting cold food and I waited 20 mins for HOT FOOD.

Bread was soggy and today I dine in and my burger was undercooked and they manger on today 10/25/24 @ 436 was Hella rude and said next time ask for well done and walked way with a attitude. Sorry but if there was a option on well done and not well done then they shud ask well done or not. Tables were dirty and beebee inside of store. Killed 4 of them bad boys 😆

Came here for my favorite quick lunch, Greek gyro! With extra tzatziki sauce! Always good, friendly staff!
Bit of a mess. Incredibly slow ordering and getting food. Drink machine was out of syrup so little to no flavor. Had to ask twice for replacement. Only consolation was the food was good.

I called about 30 minutes before we got there to let them know we are bus of kids and wanted to let them know that we are coming. They were amazing and had a great system for keeping the food organized and got it out to us in a very timely manner.
