A couple weeks ago a friend of mine and myself went to eat at a restaurant in Chadron. To say the service sucked is an understatement. We got seated but the waitress took the orders of 3 other tables that were seated after us. Finally someone comes and asked if we had been waiting on, no and she asks what we want to drink. We both order ice tea. She brings us our drinks with no ice in them. And takes our order. By this time the 3 tables that came after us have eaten and are leaving....read full review
Food was well priced and really good. Staff was excellent. Definitely worth the visit and we will be back!
3 out of 5 meals the white gravy was ice cold mashed potatoes were cold.
My daughter ordered steamed broccoli and it was raw. They took our order at 715 and we got our meal at8:15 and the manager would not make it right on bill.
Never go their bad all a round

Country Kitchen Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. The food quality is inconsistent, but the eggs Benedict and Denver omelet are fantastic, with perfect eggs, thick ham, and tangy hollandaise. The biscuits and gravy were excellent, not soggy and very flavorful. The sausage gravy is creamy with quality sausage, and portions are plentiful. The bacon is real bacon, not paper thin. The coffee is excellent as well. The restaurant excels in customer service, with excellent and friendly servers who are very attentive to needs. It is a nice place with decent prices. The restaurant caters to various dietary needs, including a children's section, making it family-friendly. It also has a great space for private events, with a dedicated room, bathrooms, and patio access. Parking is easy, though the atmosphere can feel dull at times. It has a bar.
