I’ve eaten here several times. food is about what you’d expect for a reasonably priced diner. Tonight when I went there, I got seated and waited for a waitress to come take my order. During this time, the same waitress walked by me 4 times before I finally got up to leave. Before leaving I mentioned to her how long I had been sitting there. Her only response was “sorry”. Service has always been slow, but tonight was unacceptable. The place wasn’t even busy. Extremely slow actually. When I am in town, I stay at the hotel right next door so it’s convenient to just eat there. Will not be going back.

Service was slow. Joked my husband’s beer got lost. Food came and his stake was raw(wanted medium well). Sent it back, five minutes later it came back RAW. Another waitress asked how everything was…told her the problem. She asked a manager to come over. The manager said she cut the middle; and explained that sometimes there are thick parts …( steak was thin all the way across. She comped his meal. Should have been all of it.
A typical American restaurant, very friendly service

The dining room entrance is on the south side, the 1st entrance we came to is for a banquet room.
We were greeted and served by Riley, who was very friendly and attentive and has the prettiest smile.
I was really amazed to find eggs Benedict in Nebraska. The eggs were perfect, the ham was about 1/4" thick and the hollandaise was slightly tangy.....Absolutely fantastic. I requested my hash browns to look like the ones on the menu, but they were barely golden. Sausage gravy is creamy with quality sausage that seemed to not have grisel.
George's Denver omelet had nice sized pieces of ham, green pepper and onion both inside and on top. Again his hash browns didn't look like the menu, as requested.
Our water glasses never ran empty, milk was served cold, when the food came out, as requested.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained.

My wife had a cheese burger served with no cheese at first and the burger itself was in chunks. Not impressed.
Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly atmosphere. One of those places with a generally upbeat buzz so no bother when kids are louder.

A couple weeks ago a friend of mine and myself went to eat at a restaurant in Chadron. To say the service sucked is an understatement. We got seated but the waitress took the orders of 3 other tables that were seated after us. Finally someone comes and asked if we had been waiting on, no and she asks what we want to drink. We both order ice tea. She brings us our drinks with no ice in them. And takes our order. By this time the 3 tables that came after us have eaten and are leaving. Finally we get our food only they forgot half of what we ordered. Never came back with the rest or to check on us. So we eat what we did get pay and leave. Even left a tip even though I didn’t think they deserve one. I went back there yesterday and they tell me if I dont leave at least a 10% tip they won’t serve us anymore that she got the approval for this from her supervisors. Um hello how about you do your job. I get that waitress rely on tips, but if they aren’t doing their job in the first place. I have no problem tipping and usually tip at least 20 % if they do their job.
Not really much here they bring you a carafe of coffee instead of checking on you so if you're order is wrong it doesn't matter you get what you get. Atmosphere is dull parking is easy and service is lacking

The staff are fantastic!! That's the start. Our breakfast was served by Pam who was polite, friendly, chatty and left a very good impression.
We had breakfast and dinner at this place on the same day. The food was very good and plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
