When I was in college, I was a regular here. I went every Wednesday after class with one of my friends. I was recently in town and decided to show my fiancé this place and I ordered a Thai tea. Instead she gave me a chai tea, and I told her I actually ordered a Thai tea. She said "I repeated it back to you. If you want a Thai tea you have to buy another". I did, but I did not think that was right. We made the same mistake considering she did not hear me right either. It was a simple mistake on both of our ends and an easy fix. I imagine that this cannot be the only time that this confusion has taken place and it should be somewhat expected. The drinks are great but I was very unimpressed by her customer service. We both made the same mistake, it seemed unfair that I had to pay for it, not to mention I did not appreciate her attitude.

This franchise is a local fixture. Great donuts, great boba drinks, and great biscuits and gravy. The dining room is newly opened (as of Feb '23) so the drive through can get a bit backed up in the morning, but call ahead or order online and you'll get your munchies in a jiffy. They make everything from scratch and it's a family recipe, so the donuts are unique and definitely better than anywhere else. If you get a sandwich at lunch it comes on freshly baked bread and it's SO soft! Amazing!

The un-vaccinated mask debaters complaining about the lobby being closed during the pandemic are the very reason it has been closed for so long. I wouldn't want them in my business either. Quit complaining and wait for your food, or go somewhere else! Will highly recommend!

It was pouring, front door was locked, but drive through was open . Carmel Latte was good and so were the maple cake and sour cream doughnuts. We were hoping they’d be warm, but they were still good.
