I always hate to leave not so great reviews but man, this wasn’t good. We’re driving through on a road trip and staying at a local hotel in Chadron. We have our dog with us so we had to get this food to go. My wife came walking to the car and said “well this can’t be great news, the bag weighs as much as a chips to go from a different Mexican restaurant. I grabbed it from her and assumed there is no way there is a 10 inch burrito and 2 enchiladas with rice. It was extremely light. We get back to the hotel and I cut into the 10 inch burrito, which by the way was NOWHERE near 10 inches. It was like a 5 inch burrito. Almost identical to a bean burrito size from Taco Bell. It looks to have refried beans spread super thin almost like you’d spread marinara on pizza dough. Then it’s filled with nothing but shredded up white chicken. On top was a watered down looking yellow cheese sauce. Like a tablespoon amount. Nothing else, just 95% chicken and thinly spread refried beans. Never in my life have I gotten a large chicken burrito from a Mexican restaurant and seen less of an effort to make a good burrito. It’s like something you’d make at midnight if it’s all you had in the fridge and pantry.
She said she’d like only rice, no beans on the side. It looks again like they used a tablespoon to spoon the rice into the to go dish. The two enchiladas were filled with ground beef, nothing else. A little brown/red sauce on top that had almost a cinnamon taste to it. I don’t know if they saw door dash and just quickly threw it all together or what but this was rough. By a mile the most boring, worst Mexican food I’ve had in my 49 years. I just don’t understand the pretty good reviews on this place. Maybe we just had a bad cook last night. I wish I’d have taken photos to add here but we were so hungry from the long drive, frustrated with the lack of choices around here, and then frustrated with how bad this food was.

Quick friendly service and I liked the enchiladas suisas.
The food was tasteless and bland, the waiter didn’t seem to want to be there, and we waited 20+ mins to pay the check. We likely won’t be back.

My waiter couldn’t speak English to the point where he couldn’t tell me where the restroom was and needed a translator.
The burrito barely had any stuffing inside of it, The sour cream portion was abysmal, and the chicken was too salty.
The waiter asked me if everything was okay the very second he brought me my food but didn’t check on me once for a refill throughout my whole meal.
The salsa tasted like it was fermenting.
The rice had no flavor.
