Total happenstance to come across this place today and so glad we did. Their staff was helpful, not only to our table, but we watched them help each other with other tables. They made a busy meal service look effortless. The food was pretty good, hot, and the portions were adequate.
This appears to be the restaurant where all the locals go to and I understand why. This isn’t your standard burrito or taco place, where everything is smothered in a green or red sauce. This is more central Mexico cuisine and about as authentic as I’ve found. They did start us with chips and a very mild salsa. Food taste good for small town Chadron, but it's not worth sitting on the toilet every 5 minutes
