We usually buy the chicken sandwiches when we stop by this location. Let's be honest restaurant chains can vary quite a bit between locations. The one in alliance is quite a bit better...chicken hot and not dried out. We don't eat here much but, they get small parts of the order wrong fairly often. Nothing major wrong with this location just been to other locations that are a lot better.

We miss having a Runza close since we moved. Whenever we get near one we indulge our taste buds. This Runza managed by Wyatt is top notch. The sandwiches were fresh and hot and their French fries never let us down. We ordered a dozen frozen and Wyatt helped us find a way to tak 2 dozen frozen with us in our cooler. He provided plastic bags and ice to get them home safely. We will certainly enjoy them!!

Superb! From appetizers to dessert, everything was perfect!!!!!!
It's a fast food place. About what you'd expect. The food is pretty good. Definitely better than mc Donald's and such. It's a little pricier though but not enough to deter.
However my guy Britain was working there. He was doing the job of three employees. He was all over the place handling everything. He absolutely elevated the quality of our visit. Got us refills, handled orders, dealt with other customers quickly and politely. He was killing it.

This looks like a new location because everything was updated and clean. The employees were nice and food came out as ordered. We don’t have Runza anywhere near where we live so we try to go to one when in NE. Never disappoints! Looked like it was in a good location.
I used to live in omaha from 2009-2022 and have runza for lunch or supper sometimes. But I live in south dakota, I come to a closet runza restaurant whenever I come to nebraska. There needs to be some runza's in eastern and some in black hills sd.
