Have always had great customer service, friendly. We enjoy getting ice cream and love the choice of toppings and icees for the kids.

Great coffee, food, and customer service!

They are amazing people with home-cooked meals and self-brewed coffee. They have strong values and are not afraid to share it. They also have a little bookshop inside. It is very quaint and very nice. I have worked with them quite a bit and will continue to do so.

I drive through Clay Center every 3rd month, and it's such a treat to stop on my way home (Eastern Nebraska) to pick up a chocolate malt with extra malt. The owners are awesome people. I've had some very nice conversations with them. (Yes! People in Nebraska actually eat ice cream in the winter hahaha). Definitely stop when you're driving through town.

I’ve been going to Serendipity since they’ve opened and they’re very friendly nice caring people cannot find anyone like them. They do great amazing jobs. Please has a pleasant smile on your face greeting a big old smile and say how’s your day going I love these people with my heart. They do a great job and I will continue to go there. If I can read over five stars, I would amazing people.

If you're ever in Clay Center, do not miss the opportunity to visit this fantastic spot and indulge in their delicious food and drinks. Sheryl and Michael, the owners, are exceptionally warm and welcoming, making your visit even more enjoyable in this charming town. Trust me; the breakfast burrito and lotus drink are a must-try. Compared to what you can get at Starbucks or Human Bean, this place is in a league of its own. Most places you're a transaction. At Serendipity, you're family.

This place is the best! The owners, Sheryl and Michael are perfect for this small town. They could have picked anywhere to be awesome, but they picked clay center. And I myself couldn’t be happier with that decision. Love them! And they make a great coffee/breakfast or lunch. My favorite is chicken gnocchi soup!
