We walked in to an empty place and two workers were standing at the bar, looked right at us and left us standing in the entry area so we sat ourselves. Our waitress was of zero service- she took our order and brought one refill which we had to track her down for after she passed by on her phone and ignored us. The cook brought out our appetizer and meal, waitress didn’t follow up or ask if we need anything else. Sat and waited after our meal was complete with still no check in. Had to bother another server AGAIN to even get our ticket to leave. Never have had an experience like this from anywhere before. While I offer a lot of patience and grace with people who try, this waitress didn’t try at all.

They told us we'd have a 10-15 minute wait to even be seated in a near empty restaurant. They told us they didn't have enough cooks that night. We said we'd take a drink and sit at a table until they have time, so the hostess went to ask the bartender but the bartender said she was too busy to serve more people. In the bar, 4 people at the bar, 6 people at 1 table and 2 at another table.

Our server was amazing. Very attentive, kind, and overall great. Food was great. Our issue was with the hostess. There was no greeting and we were seated at a table that she was actively picking food and forks off of as she seated us. We had to ask her to wipe it off later. We then watched as several tables around us had to ask for their tables to be cleaned off as well. The ladies bathroom toilets, you could see pee and stuff on the back wall which had to build up over time. Other than those two things, we had a good experience!

I come to this restaurant regularly and it’s usually perfect: great food, friendly service, no issues at all. This time, there was a small hiccup — we waited about 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. It’s not something that usually happens, so I’m just mentioning it. Aside from that, the meal was, as always, really good. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Waited 10 minutes for anyone to greet us. Another 10 minutes to get our drink. Service was terrible! Six tables with folks, fully staffed. Lots of standing around, talking. Had to go up to bar and ask bartender for our drinks.

We have been to this Applebee's a few times to meet family. It's never very good but this time was terrible. Service sucked, food took forever then was wrong or cold. They gave our food to the wrong table and really had little clue as to what they were doing. The music was very loud and when we asked them to turn it down they said no. My father in law is hard of hearing and elderly. When I asked to talk to the manager about the volume they miraculously were able to turn it down. Waiter made plenty of excuses but never made it right. I would not recommend this Applebee's at all. We all left with stomach aches.

Worst Applebees I’ve ever been to. Waited eay too long to get our drinks, apps, and food. My drink tasted like dish water, my mothers steak was practically raw and unsafe to eat, she ordered it medium rare, just and overall horrible experience.
