I haven't been to a Hot Mess Express type restaurant since the Applebee's in Hastings was open. This was honestly the WORST experience tonight here that I have had at ANY restaurant in the last 5 years!!! I should have walked out when I was lied to about my wait.

Exhausted manager here, unhappy serves it’s what I experienced..I was treated like shiet just for walking in, so I walked right out, guest seemed in fear of manager speaking to me in that way. Very sad to see people working and being rude to guests. I hope people get the money they deserve for serving tables ? (I saw your reply, I think you should reach out yo your employees to train and pay better, not me.)

We decided to go for supper on Valentine's day, upon arrival we noticed it didn't seem like a lot of vehicles there for being close to 6 PM. Went inside and were informed that there was going to be approximately a 20 minute wait and they could only accept cash. I had no problem with paying cash but when we looked around and the place was almost empty there was absolutely no way we were going to wait to be seated. Absolutely no doubt we won't be going back any time soon!

Your all you can eat for $ 14.99 wasn't worth the price, the BBQ rib tips was very dry and over done, the boneless wings was hard as a rock, the only good thing was the shrimp and the mashed potatoes, service was slower then molasses running up hill in a snow storm, it took an hour to bring out 5 pieces of shrimp, for what u all charged for this there should of been a plate full of food instead of three bites of food, coleslaw was no good at all, we came in as a group of 8 of us price for pop is ridiculous all ice and little pop you are over priced and food was worthless just like the service, we will never be back !!!!!!!!!!

Oriental Chicken Salad was good. Everything else was flavorless.Kids pizza was doughy and the sauce was so sweet my 8 y/o refused to eat it. Four cheese chicken penne was bland and when staff was asked for hot sauce, crushed pepper, anything to add flavor I was told they didn’t have anything.Requested beer was out of stock. Bartender was apologetic but the beer received was flat.

Unprofessional staff, if you have a complaint, call corporate because they won’t do anything and just treat you even more rudely.Had to go inside and grab our own food after waiting 20 minutes in the curbside pick up for our order that was confirmed ready. We went inside, the host told us to go up to where they set the food when it’s done (somewhere past the bar). He didn’t even offer to grab it for us, we told him we were waiting 20 minutes and all he said was talk to the bartender if you need anything. Called to complain after the ordeal and I was dismissed very rudely. I was told they had been busy and there’s nothing they can do, when we were there, there was as many tables as there were servers, like 6. Called their corporate number and I was given a gift card and a proper, genuine apology.

Went to eat just now, were told by host it would be 5-10 minutes before we would be seated. So we waited the 10 mins and still had not been seated. No one acknowledged us. They weren't busy maybe had 6 tables total. I have no idea why my party of 4 couldn't be seated and taken care of. We ended up walking out.
