I had a pleasant surprise today. Went through Arby’s for lunch and got to the window and was told I was order #399 and my meal was free! Thanks so much, you made my day. Only wish I would have paid it forward and paid for the car behind me.
Have never had a problem with Arby’s. Tonight, some girl working with black hair rudely handed us our bag of food, and quickly started to shut the window as I tried to ask if the sauces were in the bag. She rudely says “they are in there.” Well, no they weren’t. So we went back thru. Got home and one sandwich and our mozzarella sticks were not in the bag. Learn some customer service sweet pea before you rudely dismiss your paying customers.
