My daughter's burger was raw all throughout the middle. Once, I bought this to the manger attention. I was told that they advertise there burgers as rare. That I would have to tell them ahead of time to fully cook it. Nowhere does it say that the burgers come rare!!! Dont order burgers here!!!

Ordered the Gobbler and was highly disappointed. It was so cold and soggy! The stuffing was like puree. My mom ordered the steak bowl, and the steak was cold and tasted like beef jerky. Waited an extra 3 min for fresh fries and they were so over done they were hard as a rock.
I usually love your food, and it’s always so yummy but tonight was a huge disappointment for $60

I had placed an online order and asked at the speaker to not have my cookie heated and some lady gave me attitude for no reason at all, I was being pretty nice about it but okay lol, I work in the food industry too and I know it’s stressful but really that was not needed

We had to come back 2 times first missing sandwich second messed up sandwich then the food was dripping with grease. Fries were undder cooked best thing in the meal was the drink ☹️☹️
