terrible service. second car in line. waited in drive thru lane for15 minutes before I got to the microphone, was told 'I'll be right with you ', I said you have 3 minutes and I was told to leave
I will never be back at this place. They don’t care about the customers at all. The wife and I went there tonight. Got a number 2 and then I got a double whopper with cheese. They messed up my sandwich and when I went back they said I owe $1.72. I asked how. They said my first one was a single. So all and all it costed us $18 for 2 sandwiches, a fry and a drink. Outrageous. Told the girl I wouldn’t be back. She said fine. Worst service I’ve ever had
My family ate at the Columbus BK and it was AWFUL. They were out of SO many items, the nuggets were cold, our fries were a mixture of burnt and undercooked, and the bathrooms were dirty. There's not a legitimate changing table in the bathrooms, so I had to change my baby's diaper on an extended counter near the sink (because the floors looked filthy)...that doesn't seem like a sanitary, or private, option to be changing a dirty diaper where others are trying to wash their hands....read full review

Burger King in this location is a hit or miss. The food quality varies - hot and generous with dipping sauce one day, cold and missing cheese the next. The Whopper is generally good, but sometimes served cold. The dining room may not always be open, and the staff shortage leads to slow service. Despite the inconsistencies, it remains the only Burger King nearby.
