I went with my family to this location because mine shut down and was like it's time to try it here and with 25% off we were a go. So we ordered online for drive thru pick up and other then the fries and rings and my order with no bun everything that we customize didn't get done it was just simple not to add something and they did it anyway we will not be going again as we truly didn't get what we wanted

Went to order in the drive through and after a 5 minute plus wait with two cars in the parking lot and just me in the drive they were out of almost everything. Then I asked for a sweet tea and the lady proceeded to tell me they don't have that and never did. I said well it's right there on the menu and I got it at this location and other BK locations across the country.

Ordered drive through right before closing time and the attendant was polite, the food was hot, and everything was quick and correct. Satisfied!

I ordered a Hamburger with ketchup only and they put cheese on it. I threw it away in the garage. I got chicken nuggets with bbq sauce and they gave me no sauce. It is cheap but the food is always messed up. That is why I don’t eat there that often.

Terrible service. I went to order a hamburger and since I didn't speak English they put me in front of someone who spoke Spanish and instead of saying good morning, how can I help you? The only thing he said was that if I wanted a job, I didn't have one so I shouldn't even ask. That's very bad. That's not how I should refer to a client. It never occurred to me to work with staff like that. I advise you that if you want to be treated well, don't go there because that's not the place.
Ordering through the app is worse than go through the drive thru, rudeness from the staff!

Your girl on drive thru tonight is incredibly rude and could use some more training or a job that doesn’t require she works with people or preferably doesn’t need to speak ever again. Don’t get a customer service job if you lack everything it takes to work with people. Maybe if you weren’t being so loud you could’ve heard what was being ordered so you didn’t need to get an attitude because YOU got it wrong. Thanks.

terrible service. second car in line. waited in drive thru lane for15 minutes before I got to the microphone, was told 'I'll be right with you ', I said you have 3 minutes and I was told to leave
