My mom, grandma, and I went through the drive through on a not busy night to pick up food on our way to Kearney. When we ordered we were very clear about our special sandwich what was a hamburger with no cheese (as specified by saying hamburger anyways) with just pickles and onions. When we got to the window I had a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and we were missing 2 of our fries and they rang up our food wrong charging $7 over what our total was supposed to be. After they brought the sandwich a second time it was made wrong AGAIN and the girl said she would go back to make it but we needed to pull forward. In other words that means pulling over for 20 minutes while they neglect to fix our food so my mom said she was going to stay at the window. Valeria very aggressively got angry with my mom and flat out said we are ruining their drive through times (even though they messed up almost every aspect of our meal) and Valeria did in fact not make the sandwich like she said but after a long time and a lot of hostility we got out.

Food tasted old and wasn't hot, the area where the drink fountain is was disgusting, ketchup was smeared everywhere, no lids or napkins, trash and old food was everywhere. The staff was incredibly slow and not too friendly.

This is the second time they screwed up on my order going through the drive threw, this is getting ridiculous I refuse to get food from there again I'm not happy I ordered a 6 piece chicken strips with onion rings and got the chicken strips and cheese balls something needs to be done about this I'm tired of getting my food and it's wrong
We order 3 small blizzards and a fry. Took over 25 minutes to get our food and when it came out my blizzard was beyond melted. Was a mess to deal with. Staff was unfriendly, inside was filthy (we had to wipe off our table before we sat down and everybody else did), windows and seats were covered in finger prints, they tried giving our fries and blizzards to another table. They didn’t do the flip test with our blizzards because obviously the melted icecream would have fell right out. I’m usually very patient with customer service because I understand what it’s like but this was unacceptable. Genuinely so disappointing.

Stood in line for 10 minutes with another guy while two girls high fived and messed around doing nothing. The other two employees stood and stared into a bag the entire time and nobody ever even looked our way. The customer service is horrible, at least say I’ll be right with you. And there is no ketchup on the table anymore so you ask and it’s like you asked for the world then they proceeded to bring 3 little packets. Chicken strips and gravy were good but fries were a little soggy.Horrible way to run a business.

I watchted them throw the burgers in the microwave AND STILL got the order wrong microwaved it set it to the side and grabbed a different one and brought the bag to the drive through window…
