Needs management, drive thru extremely slow, if you go inside for an ice cream, you're given a number, you wait 10 min. And there's a dude just standing off to the side just watching...duuuude.. I just want two ice cream cones, that's all, c'mon man, help your crew members!. Staff seems clueless.
