Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My first time visit to the new location in Flowood Mississippi. The young lady taking our order was very nice. We got the food, I got the chilli cheese hotdog and onion rings. The food was good but not hot. They need to turn up the heat, it would make the food much better

HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an online ordered and asked to pick it up in the drive thru as I have a broken foot. I got so much attitude and a poor response from the drive thur worker. He rudely stated I needed to come in and get it myself. Had I know it was an issue I would have went elsewhere.

Multiple emails were ordered ahead of time. They were all ready when we arrived. I was told that different wrappers were used but the food is what we ordered. We were also asked to check the freshness of the fries, right then and there so that I could give feedback when the employee was present.

Professional, thoughtful, value for freshness and quality. Also so delicious!

Parking: Amazing parking availability. Ramp at curb located at handicap parking space.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Great portions for kids in the kids’ meals

Was enjoying my pumpkin shake when I continuously heard a worker behind the counter talking to a couple guest in the restaurant, and using profanity multiple times loudly enough for other guests and my children to hear her. She was wearing a bun and had a red apron on. I asked an employee her name when I went to leave, I believe they said her name was Allison. Very unprofessional.

The drive through line takes 20-25 mins every time. No matter 1 car ahead of you or 3. Completely too long for a burger and fries and a concrete mixer

I checked out with the manager amazing customer service, amazing food, however 2 young men were messing around and manager told them to stop. I went to get my drinks and the same 2 young men, went to the back and started messing around, hollering, and 1 of the young men hit a red bucket and water went everywhere. This scared my 7 year old granddaughter, this should be a good family atmosphere. The disrespect these 2 young men had for their manager is not ok.

Dietary restrictions: my son has a salt intolerance and the manager made sure his burger and ff had no seasoning.
