Twice I have arrived at Fuegi and they were randomly closed (a saturday and a friday). The one time I have ate here and they were open, the quality of ingredients was less bland. Not really impressed out of 3 attempted visits. I hope this location can turn my perspective around in the future.
I ordered ahead of time during off-peak hours: a value bowl with meat, medium salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream. Ordered Fuego salsa on the side. It was mostly ready to go at the end of the 25-30 minute wait given by Toast.

Let’s taco about how good this place is. First, it’s LOCAL! It’s always a great idea to support local business. Second, if the food was mediocre, I’d still give Fuego 5 stars simply for the friendly, accurate service. Third, who am I kidding? The food is DELICIOUS! And fairly priced in my opinion. Could you go down the way and get a taco cheaper? Sure, but you could also make em at home and save even more money. Likely, the result would be a pale comparison to what they’re...
