Hibachi truck was closed so we went to Hy-Vee. Bad idea. Service was fine, but food was horrible. Overly salty, no asian flavors to speak of. Rice was clearly reheated. We hit them at 5:00 but the egg rolls and crab rangoon were stale. This was the worst take out, Chinese or otherwise, I have ever had. (Considering that their Whalburger is a tight 2nd place for my worst takeout, HyVee is O for 2.) :( :( :(

Went last night for 1st time in a year!! Food tasted literally toxic! Rice was so bad i couldn't even swallow, egg rolls not any better! I won't even feed to my dogs. Sad part is we ordered the meal for 6 plus extra egg rolls and crab Rangoon's so close to $100 literally went to trash!! NVR

Advertised services not available but no posting anywhere in the store that services arent available. Wanted to pick up a Western Union wire transfer last week & was told they couldnt do it. This week their USPS service is unavailable. The employees behind the counter offer no alternative options & act like they dont know where things are in the town they live in!! Getting to be as terrible as Walmart lately!
