Walked in and the guy with a lightning bolt like Harry Potter on his for was very rude.
Tried placing my order and he was mumbling something like he was offended that l was placing an order. How are you taking orders and have your personal headphones in. Costumer service was trash.

Excellent service at this location. They were in the last hour before they closed but went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It wasn't overly busy but they didn't rush my elderly dad to order. Super clean and the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. You know what you're getting at Jimmy John's and I'd still say this is one of their best.

Walked in, felt great. Person taking my order was meh. Took like 20 minutes for three people to get sandwiches. So I get my wrap, and I specifically asked for no onions and tomatoes. Guess what was on it. Tomatoes and onions. I don’t like tomatoes, and I REALLY hate onions. They’re lucky the rest of this sandwich was good

Said they don’t have Dijon Mustard anymore. Can literally see it on their shelf. Pressed them about it. Still made my sandwich without Dijon.To add to insult, they mess up my order every single time. Literally. Every. Single. Time. Asked them to “jimmy up” (oregano, oil & vinegar, hot peppers, onions) my sandwich and what did I get? None of it but thank god they gave me pickles (that I didn’t ask for).Awesome. Thanks JJ’s
