Went to pick up a door dash order here the cashier canceled the order without contacting the customer to see if they could substitute an item and told me good luck. This made me lose money on my dashing experience and was very unprofessional.

Very good food and nice drive thru service. This was the 3rd place in Columbus we tried to eat at. First had 6 tables needed cleaned and we had a meeting to get to. Second gave our food to someone else! Third time was a charm!

Food is great but always seem short handed. Drive thru moves, but you can stand at the front counter for a long time before being helped. Lobby customers definitely not as important as drive.

I’ve been a regular at the Columbus, NE KFC over lunch and it was always fine—fresh chicken, no complaints. But dinner time? Completely different story. At 5pm I was handed chicken that tasted like it had been made at noon. When I raised the issue, the manager didn’t care and customer service ignored me. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money.

The the kiosses are not very friendly.I don't like Kiosk FC. If I wanna go through the drive through I will go through the drive through. If I wanna sit at table and have someone wait on me. I will go inside not very pleasant experience.

Most ill prepared KFC i have ever been to. Call in orders were over 20 minutes late. Sitting here over 30 minutes on our order. Staff seemed ill prepared for customers. Had it not been easter i think more people would have complained. No service at counter

Unfortunately this location does not care about being reliable. They forgot my drink, my order was incorrect and it was cold. Cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Cold chicken. I will not be coming to this location I recommend you don’t either .
