Unfortunately this location does not care about being reliable. They forgot my drink, my order was incorrect and it was cold. Cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Cold chicken. I will not be coming to this location I recommend you don’t either .

Really clean nicely remodeled but compared to other fast food chicken it was stringy and dry. Service wasn't great either.. we had a big group in front of us so I understand that they were getting that order but they didn't even acknowledge we were standing at the counter. There was only one group of nine people in front of us. We stood there for more than ten minutes before they even said good afternoon. And no that's not exaggerating. It always takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken and we knew that but they could at least say hello we'll be with you soon.

I went through the drive-through on Saturday, and I am just dismayed at how the quality of food is not as good as it used to be Columbus Nebraska has always had a great KFC and these guys don’t know how to cook chicken it was greasy it was not crispy, and it didn’t even taste like the original recipe That I had ordered. Not to mention I repeated my order back to verify that I would get a biscuit, which was not in my order.I sure hope that they get people that might listen and get the order right and I really hope that they pay to get a better kick
