Absolutely a shame what this local Ceasars has become, a once thriving and punctual quick service has become less than a shadow of it's former self. Who ever manages this specific Little Ceasars clearly doesn't know how to run a crew and keep them. Terrible customer service, Terrible wait times, and more often than not the food is either under cooked, sloppily made or plane out not what you order. Use to enjoy coming here for a quick cheap pizza as a kid, now I'd rather pop a Red Barron in the oven for less money and less time. Get it together.

It's terrible that the owner only responds to positive reviews. Perhaps you should try to increase sales and profitability by improving? It's not what a boss does, when everything is right that matters. A fool can do that. It's the proactive and responsive actions to problems that makes a great and profitable leader.

The pizza here isn't baked all the way through: wet dough in the central 1/3 or so of each deep-dish pizza, nearly to the bottom of the crust.

Pizza is not bad if ordered 30-45min ahead of time. Seems like everytime I go theres nothing ever ready. No matter time of day theres always a wait and employees seem like they rather you not even order.

I order food for delivery and drinks they send out my food via DoorDash without the drinks I ordered and the store doesn’t answer my calls I called 10 times. DoorDash says not their problem and to call the store

Then Caesars in Columbus has been labeled as open on its door but they always have the doors locked. And one time I went in there and they said they weren’t serving, there is always something wrong with this place from what it seems and I’d appreciate if they didn’t advertise as open when they aren’t.

The store lobby is rarely open, so if you plan to pick up your online order in store you will have to wait in the drive thru line to get it (can be a long time as nothing is ever hot-n-ready anymore). Also if you do order online, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes past your estimated pick-up time (even if you order it 1.5 hours in advance).

Pizza and wings undercooked. Barley melted cheese and luke warm rubbery wings. It almost took effort to make this order so poorly.
Just went through this Little Caesars to get a Pizza and an order of crazy bites placed via mobile order. Was told to come back twice, then close to an hour later I finally got my food. Pizza was cold and uncut as well so all in all the service and food sucked horribly. Tried to call to remedy the problem, but no answer.

It has been 2 years since I been here. I tried I got the crazy puffs 8.5/10 stuffed crazy crust pepperoni pizza 7.5/10. We also got ceasar wings. I didn't try them overall meal rating 8/10 WOULD GO BACK!
