Every time I order curbside it takes them over 30 minutes to bring it to my car!!!!

Every time I go to this mcdonalds specifically the line is packed up with over 20 cars they ALWAYS have the stalls full and half the time you cant even understand the employees cause they dont even know basic English on top of that there is always something wrong with the food extra toppings no the right toppings wrong orders entirely these are at best incompetent workers and im to the point where I won't let my family go here anymore

They were busy and we got the wrong kind of soda but overall had a positive experience. The food was fresh and the rest of the order was correct we got all sauces we asked for. Everyone was paying it forward and paying for the car behind them we liked being a part of that experience it was amazing!

I am reading these reviews, and I question everything on whether its a 5 star or a 1star, this is just sad. Here's my 1 star review, because I LOATH this.
So, my mom and I decide we are hungry. She wants a fish filet meal, I wanted chicken nuggets. Simple? This is about the time that they had just gotten their snack wraps back and their numbers just got updated. So, I ordered the number that the nuggets changed to, it was 2 cheeseburgers on their side. We noticed this when we asked for the number 8, and they said we didn't have the number 8, but we are looking right at it. Whatever, got home. I cannot eat cheese burgers due to a dairy allergy, so I couldn't even eat food. I called to complain, they argued about the numbers. I demanded the chicken nuggets I ordered and we wanted fresh food, because it was another 10 minute drive to get chicken nuggets. My mom's food would've been cold too, just because they couldn't get the numbers right. They argued at the drive thru, said the numbers hadn't changed AGAIN STILL LOOKING AT THE NUMBERS, got to the front and the MANAGER slammed the window on us after telling us to pull forward and arguing that WE WANTED FRESH FOOD. We pulled forward and I got home and again, still was unhappy with my food because I was missing some damn sauces. -_-
Why does the overnight crew at places gotta be the worse? I swear to God.
What made me make this a week later is because my mom just went through and ordered an unsweet tee. Simple. It's on the screen and they put sweet tea in there -_- Damn it

It is Thursday July 17th at 1:30 am I got off work after a crap day decided to get some McDonald’s and well to make my day worst the guy at the FIRST window was so rude i was MORTIFIED. McDonald’s please add some training videos to solve this mcrudeness
Ordered pickup up at 10:13 and never got my food. Waited 30 minutes and had to call the store to get someone outside. Got a refund but no food.
Went through the drive thru last night and Rico was really nice. Kinda hard to find good customer service skills like that nowadays
