Placed order by phone. Showed up about 15 minutes later. They had no records of our order. No offer to fix it. Just repeated they did have our order.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Had an online order and it shows it was ready for pick up so drove out to pick it up. When I showed up they said I had to wait another 40 mins. Did not get a phone or text or anything that they were behind. Will not be going back.in total they wanted me to wait 80 mins for an order ..

Service was awful. The waitress made it very obvious that she didn’t want to be there and she forgot to put in half of the food order even tho we were the only customers. And when the food did arrive it was very mid and not worth the money in my opinion.

Disappointing Service, Decent Pizza
Visited from out of state on a Saturday night at 7:30 with high hopes, but the experience didn’t quite deliver. We waited to be seated (the only guests in the dining room), then waited again to place an order. Requested appetizer ahead of pizza which the waitress acknowledged she would try to accommodate but then she forgot to place. She offered to put in the order and comp but there was no follow-through.
The hand-tossed pizza had to be substituted for pan pizza due to crust shortage and while good, also took a long time to receive, but helped salvage the visit. The overall experience lacked basic customer service skills and ambience for an enjoyable dining experience. There seems to be tremendous opportunity for staff training to ensure guests feel acknowledged and valued from start to finish.

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks waited for over a half hour and didn't even get the cheese sticks while others got their food. I told them to keep it and my wife and I went to Domino's.

We arrived at 730 pm on Friday evening. Only customers in store. Got seated within a couple minutes. Had to go to counter to get a soda refill. Waitress friendly enough. Ordered appetizer and large pizza. Everything came at same time. Sadly another family came in at 805 and was told the dining room is closed at 8pm. Website says open til 11. I get that dining room will close earlier, but seriously turning away a family of 4 from a seemingly struggling business does not make sense to me.

It really sucks that we have to rely on some like him as a manager. Just a horrible person who deliberately canceled my order even though I paid on the app. I don’t understand how he still has a job.
