We have enjoyed eating at the Pizza Ranch in several locations. Last night we had door dash bring our order. We had chicken and potatoes and gravey and biscuits. Our chicken was very brown/ black and our biscuits were the same. I called and the lady manager told me that when they put the chicken in the box it causes it to get dark. But she said then biscuits must have been cooked wrong. She said that when putting into the box the moisture causes the paprika to surface and that causes the darkness. This is the craziest thing I have heard.

I am just now seeing on your website, where kids 4-12 have a separate charge for buffet. Yet that price has never been given to me nor have I ever been asked how old my child is and they charge for a adult buffet. We've been in multiple times and now I'm knowing I was incorrectly charged every time.

Years ago I seen one of these pop up in Lincoln Nebraska. For years I thought it was just another pizza place and since no one ever talked about it I never bothered checking it out. About 2 years ago someone was speaking about how good their chicken was. I had no idea they were a buffet. So we checked it out and I have to admit, it is one of the better buffets out there. We have gone many times since. It is a little on the expensive side, but it is really good food with the selection that they have. It is kind of small and seating is crammed. So it gets a little loud and you have to watch for people and that you don't bump into them. Our recent time there a couple days ago was just full of a lot of rude customers that did not care and just walked in front of you and pushed you around. It's not usually like that. But it was super packed and again there is just not much room. Still though, great little salad bar and their chicken is really good. Pizza is not that bad either.

Food on the buffet was delicious, the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean.
Family loves it, I’m okay with it. It’s just boring simple food to me but that’s why the kids and husband love it. Sort of expensive @ $50 for two kids and two adults.
