Love the strawberry chocolate smoothies. I have never eaten any food from there. Usually do an online order and is ready when I get there. Definitely going to be pricey.

I had a great experience here. Nice staff and very clean atmosphere. While super overpriced, as most places are these days, my drink was great. I had no issues, but it was also later in the evening. Nice place to relax and get some writing done.

Nursing Med Room

Ordered 3 coffees 1 reg with whole milk 1 decaf and 1 iced white mocha. The lady making coffee yess out so fast all the drinks with 2% milk all hot drinks. We waited after the whole store was served. I told her we are waiting on an iced white mocha. She said I don’t have an order for that. She said this is your order I called it out a long time ago. With the attitude she had I asked her if she was having a bad day. She refused to answer. I waited another 12 minutes for her to make my ice mocha. Then she made it incorrectly with no whip cream no drizzle on top. I told her that it was made incorrectly. She pulled it away, spilled it all over her hands put the cream on it and drizzle all the way down her hand trying to get the lid on it the whip cream and drizzle going all over the place and I said I’m assuming you’re having a bad day. She refused to answer. I informed the cashier who took our order, and she apologized that she rang it up incorrectly. I was acceptable with that, however, the young lady making the coffee , had such a bad attitude that I would never go back to this Starbucks again. This used to be a place with good service. The last three times I have been in here has been nothing but horrible service. After leaving the store, we contacted the manager when I explain to her what was going on all she said was we’re sorry to see that your experience here was not a good one. With the tone of her voice I informed her because the attitude of the employees have been this way. The last three times I have come in there. I will go to the one in Hy-Vee or other coffee shops. I will no longer be using this Starbucks , she said no problem. They might be busy but their service is horrible. If there was a zero button here I would’ve give them a zero.

The past two times my wife did an online order through the App and I had to come and pick it up later, much later. I understand that this place is busy but if you order ahead it should be ready in ten to fifteen minutes, right? It has taken twenty-seven and twenty-three minutes for them to fill an order. We are just going east now to Scooters. I’m over it.

The worst experience ever, if you get the wrong item they’ll not change it, not even the manager wanted to talk about it. Don’t recommend this place and the personal awful.

Starbucks is the last place we expect to have our orders corrected. This isn't a \"cheeseburger no cheese\" situation, it's a \"mocha and hot chocolate have different chocolate ratios\" situation. It's never been corrected before, but my friend always orders \"hot chocolate with espresso\" because it's got more chocolate to milk ratio than a mocha and got told \"that's a mocha\". When informed they taste different to the confused barista, we decided that explaining that \"yes it's chocolate, milk and coffee but they taste different because of how they're mixed\" was too much hassle first things so we just let her put in a mocha. We know she probably meant well but you'd think a brand built on \"subway but coffee\" ideas where you can make the most abominable thing with caffeine, a \"hot chocolate with espresso\" would be a simple \"sure thing\" order. Not a grounds to be told how to make something else because \"the chocolate sauce is the same\".

Placed an online order and went to pick it up at this location. They only had two of my three drinks. And one of the employees tried to accuse me of drinking it while I was waiting for the others... I had just walked into the store. Really glad I do not live near this location.

They really have a terrific bunch of folks working here. There was a mass of orders when I came in and they systematically knocked it out of the park and did a great job
