David City subway Ordered four subs for my family and my visitors today 7/29/2024. All four subs not made to order nor have the proper original products on the sandwiches. Called in and lady said sorry I'm not the only one working here call the manager after 9 am. I can't help you.
Well I guess I shouldn't of ordered from you guys in the first place. I ordered way in advanced for pickup.

My fiance Joan Starzec was just there and got two sandwiches and the bread was hard and the meat on my steak n cheese was very slim, and her sandwich didn't hardly have no mayo on it at all, we are very disappointed with our sandwiches, THANK

Girl who made my sandwich complained to me about people coming in. They needed to stop coming in because she was hungry and wanted to eat. This was at 12:20. Normal lunch hour when Subway is expected to be busy. Poor work ethic. Rude.

I gave a poor review because of the way the problem was Not addressed, not for the exact problem. I agree that the employees do not listen. I believe that the problem with customer service is corporate wide. Corporate headquarters does not answer their phone either. The store owner responded and apologized but could not help me.

This is the second time in 2 weeks I have went here and had a cold \\\"toasted\\\" sandwich. Employees don't care and would not listen to what I wanted on my sandwich, I repeated myself multiple times and gave up trying to tell them what I wanted. Kind of sad, used to be great service. I understand it if they didn't hear me, but I got the attitude that they just don't care.....
This is the only subway I visit when I’m in Columbus. The bread is always fresh and tasty. The staff greets you when you walk through the door and makes sure you are helped asap. Best cookies, always fresh and yummy. My son loves getting a cookie or two for the road. Always a variety of drinks readily available. Just an all around great experience!! Worth the wait when there is a rush as well!

Does anybody know the number for the health dept? There are dust balls clinging to the ceiling tiles and pouring out the vents . . over the food station. This does not happen in 1 day. That means the management is not paying attention or just doesn't care. The workers are very busy and can make a good sandwich . . but I really wonder who is in charge of the general stewardship of the location . . makes me wonder when the soda machine and kitchen was cleaned and cared for . . .
