Delivered some packages to TBM this morning, and a lady offered me a coffee. I had no clue what I wanted so I had her make me cold coffee of her choosing since I had a hot one in the delivery truck. I have no clue what she made me but it was amazing and all the staff were kind and courteous. Seen some strawberry waffles back there too….. looked so friggin good!! Going to have to stop in and actually check their menu out and get something to eat.

Broken mug is a fantastic place to catch up with friends and chat. I love that most of their seating is booths. You can get a coffee and bakery items with your meal.

We were traveling through Columbus and found The Broken Mug online. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was awesome and the atmosphere was refreshing. We noticed everyone, whether an employee or customer, was smiling. Thanks for a wonderful lunch!

Out of all the countries and states I've been, this has been the 2nd most delicious coffee/drink store, my 1st being Human Bean. I would say this place is better in some ways, since it has a bit of everything and almost everything tastes good. My Mom worked here for almost 4 months. And Broken Mug if you see this. Can you hire me? Pretty please!
The staff are extremely nice and I mean no offense but they are all extremely beautiful. The location is okay if you live in Columbus. God bless you and everyone you know! Hallelujah! Praise the LORD!

This was one of our final Nebraska Passport stops for 2024, and we were pleasantly surprised about the quality of service, quality of the food and the Passport deal we received! The music being played in the sanctuary was a bit overbearing, but all else was top notch.
Love the decor and atmosphere right when you walk in it's very calming ...the food was amazing and hella delicious I'm definitely going back cant wait to try everything else on there menu it was truly love this is a gem in
