Weird experience. Was not greeted or acknowledged when I came in. When ordering the guy literally didnt say a word and just walked away. He came back and still didnt say anything. I dont really mind, im patient. However my drink was flavorless and guarantee it was missing ingredients. For $8.00 I would expect more.

Service has gone down hill in the afternoon/evenings. Kids are slow and have a don’t have to care attitude. No adult or manager on the floor if there is a complication

I order from here all the time. Today I ordered an açaí bowl and there were multiple pieces of purple wrapper in it.

If you aren’t eating here, you should be. The food has been incredible every time I’ve gone. It’s always fresh and a much healthier option than the typical drive thru options.

Thank u for making my chia oatmeal pudding bowl so well. All the ingredients are there & they were able to mix the peanut butter in as requested. I wish I had taken a picture since it was pretty, but there has never been a time when a bowl I received hasn't been pretty.

Went for the first time today and had the PB Crunch Bowl and it was so good! The gal running the drive through was super friendly as well! Definitely will go back!

Just went there first time trying tropical smoothie I got the ultimate ceazer it was amazing and definitely delicious and I tried there bahama mama it was dam delicious and there drive though employee Julia A had amazing service will definitely be coming back

Everytime I ordered my food was great, however up until today my opinion changed. Enough to make a review. I ordered an acai bowl that was filled halfway INCLUDING THE TOPPINGS. At the very most I had 3 very small pieces of granola in my bowl, and barely any Acai. Like as if they didn’t have enough ingredients and they were rationing. It was 5 stars until today.

We got our order messed up so we went back and got it fixed. we left and checked the food again and there was a hair in it. It was clearly a blond hair. We went back and told the worker who helped us and she told us, “it’s fine it happens just take it out.” Like what? I told her to remake it and she gave us an attitude. If you zoom in you can see the hair, it’s hard to see because it’s blond but it’s clearly there.

Got Tropical Smoothie Cafe tonight and it didn't disappoint. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was great. It was filling but also felt very light and not greasy. The sunrise sunset is also a go to for a smoothie. The sweet potato side and the kale and apple slaw are both also very good and are healthy(ish) side options.

An Oasis in a sea of fast food options. They offer fresh food options that taste great with plenty of meat alternatives. The staff is friendly and engaging.

The food is good, but the wait time in the drive-thru is ridiculous. I thought it would get better the longer they are open, but we went last Friday and sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for a smoothie and a pb and banana flat bread..

The chicken wraps are phenomenal and not to mention -extremely filling at such an affordable price. Can't forget about the smoothies. THEY ARE SO GOOD! My favorite wrap is the Supergreen Caesar wrap and my favorite smoothie is the sunrise sunset.Happy to have you guys here in town!
