My nuggets were rock hard, sandwich buns were hard, fries were soggy and probably old, and my lemonade tasted like chemicals, I’m thinking they cleaned it right before serving me but didn’t clean it correctly. I’m noticing it’s certain workers working when this kinda stuff happens with my food, sucks that I spend my hard earned money on this stuff

terrible experience got my order wrong while I only ordered 4 items. I went back to get the order corrected they proceeded to not ask for a receipt and got the order wrong again. I then called to talk to a manager and she was disrespectful and did not fix the problem, there was no refund offered or anything for satisfaction

Worst experience ever To the guy that looks like a girl wearing glasses and is so high can’t even look at you in the eyes , went to drive trough lasted there a while ,no response. No customers , went to the window and guy couldn’t even take our order . Literally don’t understand how they still in business . Train people better the culture .

Oh man it was very busy today. The clerk was trying to be every at the same time and helping people at the front desk. Being the only fast food open around that time must’ve been tough. Some guy named Bob was being incosiderate.

Shockingly four meals and Four completely wrong orders. Grilled chicken BLT was fried and had no ranch. Baconator has no bacon. Spicy chicken nuggets were normal, not spicy. The most shockingly horrible thing were the fries. We waited begging about 10 other people who all ordered fries and all our fries were cold and gross. The counter clerk told us we had to use the computer kiosk because he was so busy just standing there. All the food seemed like it had been sitting for 20+ mins.
Went in on new years day around 5pm the staff was rude and all the food was cold. Went up to get something and all of them were in the back and could not get their attention. Stood there for over 5 mins and still no one came up to the counter and the conversation was very inappropriate among the staff. Was not impressed. Will not be goin back.

This place sucks…. Especially ordering off DoorDash or just going in the drive through, spent $20 for a salad, only to pull up to the second window to be told, oh we are out of salads… we’re just all out of salads. Ok…. Never spending money at this place again, any time they mess up I can’t even get a damn refund, this place is so ass….. didn’t even try to fix the screw up or problem by replacing it with something else. They just said they were out and sent me on my way

I love Wendy’s. Sadly our experience tonight at this store was lacking. Cold fries and they “ran out of potatoes” after we already placed our order at the kiosk so substituted with fries which were also cold in the middle. One employee (cook with dark hair) was in the bathroom when I went in and had to wait to wash my hands while she did her hair in front of the mirror and then she left without washing her hands. Sigh… I do like the way the inside is styled and the drink machines work good, I also like ordering from the kiosk.
