My mom just got a spicy italian to take home for dinner, and she had not requested any dressing on the sandwich, and they drenched it with sweet italian teriyaki sauce which absolutely ruins a spicy italian. It also means half of it can't be used for lunch tomorrow due to all the dressing. Standard expensive subway, substandard service.
