We weren't given half of our order. We ordered a whole combo and only received the burger, and then didn't get the separate fries and drink we also ordered. Then the employee immediately left the building before we could even realize so much was missing. At least ten bucks went to waste on the missing food.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered rodeo burgers and 20pc chicken nuggets and one of the nuggets had what looked like a pubic hair fried into it. No one acknowledged me at the counter for several minutes finally got the drive through employees attention who got the manager who was not sympathetic or nice about it at all. That’s freaking disgusting.

First time going in.. only 4:00 Floor looked great, couldn't find a clean table. My daughter made 2 online orders and I made one. They lost her first order. Took 40 minutes to get it replaced. I approached the counter to inquire what was taking so long. The drive thru girl asked the cashier why he didn't take it out yet. This is the second time in a row I got fries and they were mixed in with old fries..
Food was good, service was terrible like I went to ask for free food. If you say thank you in each sentence the least expected is a you are welcome.

Went through the drive through after repeating my order 3 times and asking for a medium drink she responded with large and then small I raised my voice volume so she could hear me then manager who is short due to her attitude got pissy with me I don’t play the attitude game it’s no wonder their short handed then she shorted on my fries. SMH
