Went through the drive through after repeating my order 3 times and asking for a medium drink she responded with large and then small I raised my voice volume so she could hear me then manager who is short due to her attitude got pissy with me I don’t play the attitude game it’s no wonder their short handed then she shorted on my fries. Ordered food online and when I arrived waited until I got to the window to tell me that they no longer have the food that I ordered. I asked to cancel, and refund and they said okay and left me sit there for 5 minutes before asking me to move away. Did not tell me that I needed to use the app for refund. And when I try to discuss about refund they said they can't do nothing about it and then started calling me vulgar names because I refuse to move until I got refund. And without ever telling me until the very end that I needed to use the app for refund

Watch out for the Hispanic girl thats worked their for like ever. I've been going to this BK for years. She's always been super rude / arrogant. I've dealt with it untill today. How hard is it to take an order? With me knowing how she is i was patient & talked to her like a child. But please, don't get an attitude and back down. Who's even the manager of this place anymore?

Went at 11 pm to get a chicken jr. got home and found an inch of mayo on both sides of my sandwich. Literally so much I didn’t even attempt to bite into it. The overweight girl who is I believe is the manager answered when I called and when I spoke of the issue she sighed hard and say okay with attitude and sounded annoyed about the call. The store is usually nasty and has workers cussing and yelling as well as weed stench coming from the dumpster basically everyday. This place is not a business or even fast food or a restaurant it’s a careless environment for lazy people to make easy money.

Love when you order a chicken sandwich with bacon added on… not substituting the chicken.. but they give you the chicken sandwich with the bacon only. Real cool. And very disappointing.
