I went there to buy pizza and a drink, but the man with long hair and a beard was rude and disrespectful. He exhibited poor customer service and displayed rude behavior. He needs training in customer service to ensure that he treats all customers with respect. He didn’t even greet me when I arrived or thank me when I left..

Ordered two pizzas, wings and bread sticks. Should have checked to order before I left but was in a hurry. Paid for extra meat on the spicy sausage pizza and extra sauce on the meat specialty pizza, got neither, in fact there was very little sauce on either. Also paid for 4 extra marinaras and didn’t get them. Breakfast pizza at the west Casey’s is much better! There are two other Casey’s in Crete, Pizza Hut and soon a Dominos…. Better get it together or the newest Casey’s will be the odd man out!

Go to the other stores in town. The girl working behind the counter eating food while checking us out, also playing on her phone. The other two employees were messing around as people were showing up to pickup orders. Three other people ended up walking out. We got home and upon arriving home we opened up the pizza noting it was burnt. Called to ask for a manager and was hung up on twice. Worst establishment in Crete by far! The employee lied countless times to me and my wife on the phone.

This review is for the Cardinal Lane location in Crete. Nearly every time we order pizza from this location (I want to make it clear that it is this location only) we often have to wait 15–20 minutes longer than what we are told by the app. This last time we ordered a special where we got a large pizza and some chicken wings. The chicken wings were wrapped like they were just thrown in a box. And when you pulled them out to eat them, they were dry. Based on other ratings, we are not the only ones who have problems with this location. Owner: find a new manager. Manager: rethink your career path.

If could give 0 I sure would! There’s a super racist guy, I stoped going to the Casey’s that was in front of Burger King because he used to be there. I asked him for lottery telling him 5 39’s and he was cutting 29’s. I proceeded to tell him that it was 39s not 29s and he yelled at me saying I KNOW I AM ASKING IF 5 OF THEM! I told him, yes bro but I want 39s not 29s and he noticed that he was cutting the wrong ones. I am sorry but I am paying for my stuff and not asking for anything free. You better pay attention to the people that works here. It’s not the first time!

Ordered pizza, wings and cheese sticks. Pizza was good and correct as was the cheese sticks. The wings were supposed to have garlic parmesan sauce. It was not in any of the boxes when my husband brought it home. I called back and they said sorry. You can come back and get it. I'm not running clear across town to get a 70 cent sauce. I said why don't you bring it to me. Oh we don't deliver. You can have it replaced the next time you come in. Not happy. Poor service.

They don't accept bills for a minimum purchase of 15 dollars, I don't use debit cards and I couldn't bring my coffee.

Are customers gonna get paid for labor because the worker here sure made it seem like he was unhappy that he had to unfold 4 bills and then proceeded to give me 94¢ in dimes and pennies. I'm sorry you have to unfold dollars if only you were getting paid bruh. Oh wait you are 😭

I really like this new Casey store, but how is it possible to run of Pepsi. I just couldn’t believe it. Oh well.

Most unprofessional Casey's I've been to. Every time I come here, there is a worker blaring music out of their speaker while stocking the shelves. If you're going to do that, wear headphones, no one else wants to hear that. Other times staff will just blatantly walk in front of you when trying to get something like they have no regard for anyone but themselves. Only positive thing about this store is that it's very clean.
